Do I have to give gifts?+
Yes — the monthly giveaway is the product. Without a card on file and an active monthly gift budget the platform doesn’t activate. We built it this way because the drawing is what makes your past clients open every month. No drawing, no habit — and the loop falls apart. (Quarterly and annual drawings are optional, but the monthly one is required.)
What do the pricing tiers actually pay for?+
Contact count. Every plan includes every feature — monthly broadcast, AVM, polls, leaderboard, drawings, birthday sends, the whole platform. What you pay scales with how many people you’re sending to: $29 up to 50, $59 up to 100, $99 up to 300, $149 up to 500. If you outgrow your plan, upgrade to the next one. Need to send to more than 500? Email us — we’ll set up a custom tier.
Is my card data safe?+
Yes. When you enter your card on our gifting setup form, it’s tokenized through our PCI-compliant payment partner — we never see or store your card number. Your card is only charged when one of your past clients wins a gift; nothing else touches it.
Will my clients think this is spam?+
No — every email leads with their home’s current value and is personalized to their address. It reads like their agent personally looked up their property. That’s the opposite of spam.
How is this different from Homebot or MyHomeIQ?+
They do solid work on the attention side — clean home-value reports, market dashboards, refi calculators. That’s the open. Where they stop is engagement and incentives: there’s nothing to vote on, no leaderboard to climb, no monthly prize that pulls a client back next month. What if I only have 50 past clients?+
That’s plenty. 50 engaged past clients who hear from you every month will generate more referrals than 500 cold leads you bought online.
Is this CAN-SPAM and RESPA compliant?+
Yes. Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe and a proper sender attribution line (CAN-SPAM). The prize drawings are structured with “no purchase necessary” alternate-entry language so they don't cross into RESPA territory — that's why our drawings reward engagement, never referrals.
How much time do I actually spend on this each month?+
About 10 minutes. You get a nudge a few days before send day, review the draft, can drop in 2–3 personal bullets if you want, and click Approve. The rest of the time the system is running in the background — surfacing replies, scheduling drawings, sending birthday gifts.
Can I see and edit every email before it sends?+
Always. Every monthly draft lands in your dashboard ahead of your scheduled send day, fully editable. Nothing goes out without your explicit Approve.
What happens to my contacts if I cancel?+
They're yours. Export to CSV anytime from the Contacts page. Cancel cancels billing — no penalty, no hold on your data, no “activation fee.”
Do I need to import contacts from my CRM?+
Today, yes — most people drop in a CSV export and we handle deduplication, email validation, and address parsing automatically. Native CRM and LOS integrations are on the near-term roadmap.
What if a client unsubscribes? Will they still get gifts?+
Unsubscribes are honored immediately and permanently — they won't receive any further broadcasts. They'll still show up in your contacts list for reference, and you can still send a birthday/anniversary gift directly if you want, but it won't be triggered automatically.
